Another distinctive project we have made is a modern type residential complex Metra Varketili, which we completed in 2015. This unusual construction is designed by the architectural studio UAD. In total, the building consists of 4 houses (blocks) and incorporates 360 apartments.

Having worked on the project we decided to make living in well-maintained apartment possible for any person. That is why while planning we tried to make apartments suitable for both: small and extended families. Considering the needs we created ecologically clean and comfortable environment affordable for future dwellers.
