Metra Hills is located in Bagebi, close to the center and at the same time devoid from city fuss and noise. The authors of the project, Nikoloz Lekveishvili and Owen Elvirding, are architects with a working experience in many European countries. The number of floors in the buildings varies between 6-7. Project includes 49 apartments, 5 of them are penthouses accessing ready-to-use roof with a panoramic view on the city. The facade is decorated using brick tiles, metal and glass. The design of entrances is created by the architects of the project. The access road is directly connected to the underground parking, so that concept of “car-free courtyard” is implemented. All three buildings are surrounded by a garden with wonderful views throughout all seasons. The construction process will be completed in 2022. Apartments are handed over in a “white box” condition.
